Ingredients:
300 g flour kamut
200 g of wheat flour 0
a glass of milk
15 g of yeast
salt
brown sugar
warm water [not boiling]
Sift the flour with a tablespoon of salt on table to knead and place in a fountain. Warmed milk without bringing to a boil, melt the yeast with 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar and pour in the middle of the fountain. Start to mix the milk with the flour, add water gradually and knead to form a homogeneous, soft, still slightly sticky. Form two balls, flour well and arrange on a large pan and lined with parchment paper. Cover the two balls with at least two warm towels and let rise for about two hours.
After rising time, turn oven to 220 ° ventilation, bake bread, and after about 20 minutes down to 200 degrees. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until loaves are golden brown on the surface will not be.
